We take special care to guarantee that our products are of excellent quality, easy and comfortable to wear. However if you are not completely satisfied with one of our products you can return the product. We accept all requests for exchange or reimboursement signaled within 7 days of the reception of your order. This request must be communicated via e-mail to the below address:

Upon reception of your e-mail we send a code back to you. This code is obligatory and must be written on the return note, without which we cannot accepter the package. You can download the return note Formulaire_de_retour which you must include in the package.
We retain the right to not reimburse the returned merchandise if the product is not completely intact. The package must be returned as recommended post with a signature required. The reimbursement will be carried out within 30 days counting from the date when the package has been received by us. The reimbursement will cover the value of the returned products, minus the shipping costs which fall to the client.
